04.27.11 Powder Springs

On Wednesday I went to Powder Springs to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ29791 I had to readjust the switch on the top of the basketball goal on the chapel side in the cultural hall and I had to use the man lift to repair it. Afterwards I tested the switch and it is working properly. (completed)

FBJ29708 I verified that at the emergency ballasts were installed. (completed)

All the clocks in the building had the correct times.

FBJ29798 I had to put a new battery in the remote and adjust the remote to make the screen work properly up and down on the left side of the cultural hall. (completed)

FBJ29793 The threshold on the south entrance of the cultural hall was loose and I had to put new anchors and screws to repair it for it to be secured to the floor. (completed)

FBJ29783 I found two more pickets that fell out the fence and I repaired it. Last week Chris Kirby repaired what was needed to fix the fence. (completed)

The landscaping around the church looked neat and the grass was mowed and edged and the shrubs were trimmed.

FBJ29748 and FBJ29785 Listened and inspected the indoor and outdoor units for any abnormal conditions and they seemed to be performing properly with cool air. (completed)

Checked the thermostat controls in the building and they are working properly blowing cool air.

FBJ29792 I put safety pins and wire to hold the stage curtain back in place for a temporary fix to allow it to close all the way. This should work, but the curtains still needs to be cleaned.

I checked the outside parking lot lights and all are working properly.

All lights through out the building were working properly.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the satellite, fuse and sound system in the chapel and they were all working properly.

I did some woodwork with stain on some of the chapel and hallways doors as needed that had chips and scratches.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms in the building and found no leaks, everything was working properly.

Worked 8 hours

Jeff
