I receive an email that the A/C was not working in room 103. The switch on the outside of the building going to A/C units were turned off, so I turned it back on. The thermostat control in room 105 controls the rooms for 103, 104 and 105. The A/C in room 103 is now working properly blowing cold air. (completed)
FBJ32252 I painted the concrete floor in room M101 and the custodial closet in the font area. I had to scrap the floor where the paint was peeling and had to vacuum and clean it up before prepping to paint. (completed)
FBJ32253 I repaired the crack above the door 112 in the hallway. I touched up with joint compound and repainted it.(completed)
FBJ31999 The Bishop's Executive chair has been replaced. (completed)
FBJ32246 I verify that the mechanical area has been blown out. (completed)
FBJ32475 I completed the Safety and Health Inspection form for the building. (completed)
I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and they are working good.
The chapel and cultural lights are working properly, no burnt lights found.
The won doors were latching properly and opening and closing with no problems.
I had to set the clock on the microwave in the serving area. The appliances and the plumbing in the kitchen were working good and no leaks were found.
The outlets tested good through out the building. One of the outlets was busted off in the cultural hall and I had to put a new one on.
