FM Atlanta Maintenance: 09.28.11 Acworth

On Wednesday I went to Acworth to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

I had to go to Home Depot to purchase several light bulbs to replace in the parking lot poles.

FBJ32840 The parking lot lights that were out that I replaced with a new bulb were numbers 2,7, 8, 10, & 12 are working properly. I wasn't able to get the light for number 1 to come on at all. I tried by changing the bulb and replace the fuse, but nothing worked. I wasn't able to get the light to stay on for number 5, it still would go off and on. I replaced the bulb and checked the wires for loose connections, but didn't have any loose wires and the light is not working properly.
I had to use the giant ladder to get reach the light pole and move it from pole to pole to get the job done.

FBJ32742 This building has natural gas (# 1019) and underground metallic gas piping. (completed)

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the building and flushed the toilets, they are working properly, no leaks found.

I checked all the outlets and they all tested good.

The appliances in the kitchen are working good and no leaks found with the plumbing.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, all are working good.

I checked the lights in the chapel and cultural hall and all are working properly,
