FBJ32561 The A/C unit it not cooling properly in room 111. The other room 106 is working properly blowing cool air, but it is from a different unit located on the opposite side of the building.
FBJ32741 The Dallas building has Natural gas (Item # 1019) and the underground metallic gas piping.
The women's and men's restroom did not have any Sloan flushmate toilets. I checked the plumbing and flushed all toilets and no leaks were found.
The handicap women's and men's restroom did not have any Sloan Flushmate toilets; inside the back of the tank was labeled ECO flush. There were no leaks found with any of the plumbing.
There is only one way to enter the font by the women's restroom. From the hallway the font is to the left of the women's restroom, the Caution sign is on the side of the door entering into the font door and the light switch is to the right on the wall inside the font area.

There was a spotlight burnt in the chapel and I had to replace it with a new one, using the extension pole.
I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system, all sound good.
The chapel and cultural hall lights are working properly.
I had to change the ballast by the men's restroom in the hallway.
