I checked on the work that was that was listed on the invoice dated 9/5/11, done by Roberts Landscape Services. I verify it was done as stated on the invoice, replaced a cracked 12" pro spray head that was leaking down the parking lot, replaced 2 adjustable 15' nozzles that were clogged and not spraying and replaced 2 PGP rotors that were not turning at all.
The baby changing tables were good and tightly secured to the walls.

When you walk into the men's bathroom the Caution sign is on the back wall. When you walk through the door you will see the light switch in front of you, take a left and you will walk into the font.
There is another way to come in or leave the font. A little to the right on the other wall you can exit to room 106 and the baptismal sign is located on the side of the doors in room 106. (completed)

There was one Sloan flushmate toilet in the men's handicap restroom, SN # 112008-F01-1069 and two in the women's handicap restroom, SN # 051200-501-1443 and SN # 051200-F01-1437. (completed)
I checked the won-doors through out the church and they are opening, closing and latching properly.
The outlets through out the building tested good.
The lights in the cultural hall and chapel were all working properly.
I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and all is working good.
I checked the outside parking lights and they all were working properly.
The plumbing in the restroom at the Stake Office was working good and no Sloan toilets were found.
The lights in the Stake Office were all working properly. There is no gas in the Stake Office, all is electric.
