I noticed in the young women's room there was a couple of ceiling tiles that had fell out the ceiling and I replaced them with two new tiles.
FBJ32700 I went on top of the roof and found an area where there was cracked shingles, so I caulked it with silicon. I looked further and found a nail that was sticking out of a shingle and nailed it down and also caulked it with silicon. (completed)
While I was up on the roof and I checked the ridge vents and found several loose screws in a few areas and tightened them up.
I also cleaned the gutter screens and snapped them back on properly.
The outlets through out the building all tested good.
I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system all are working good.
FBJ32661 Underneath the sacrament table where the mic is located the wire didn't have a good connection, so I had to tighten it and now it is working properly. (completed)
There was four Sloan flushmates in the backside of the building: two in the women's restroom SN# RR09120-F0A-1493 and 09131-F0A-1453; one in the Unisex restroom SN# 010201-F01-1309 and one in the men's SN# 070901-F0A-1399. I checked and flushed them and so far they are working properly.
Below are the light switches and font signage:
***Inside the YW's room leads to the double doors of the font and to the left by the door on the wall is a sign for the men's baptismal font and to the right by the door on the wall is a sign for the women's baptismal font.
Walking into the young women's classroom the double light switch is located to the left side of the wall, one is for the YW's room and the other is for the inside of the font area.
***On the opposite side of the font is the signs for the Caution-Baptismal font entry, please watch your step, that is coming from the women's and men's restroom to enter the font. The light switches are on the same wall as the restroom doors.
The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were working good, no burnt bulbs found.
The appliances and plumbing in the kitchen are working good and no leaks found.
