09.15.11 Rome and Buchanan

On Thursday I went to Rome and Buchanan to do the following work orders and maintenance in the buildings.

When I got to the Rome building the ceiling tile was wet and had fallen on the floor. I had to take the rest of the ceiling tile out and clean and vacuum up the mess on the floor.

The main waterline for the sprinkler system that hooks on a pipe had a clamp that was loose on the pipe and I had to tighten the two nuts on it, to stop the water leak.

I had to release some water out of the lines, before I tightened the bolts on the main water line sprinkler system.

I had to unlock the chain to open the valve a little bit to release some water and when done I put the chain back on it and locked it. I placed the key on the little red box on the back wall.

After I stopped the water leak I put a new ceiling tile in the hallway where the leak was located. I checked the hallway all the way through the building and no more leaks were found.

FBJ32229 I painted the ceiling along the back hallway with white paint in the Buchanan Building. (completed)

FBJ32230 Bubbles in sisal in Cultural hall has been sprayed with solution has been done. (completed)

FBJ32231 Pressure wash, caulk and painted columns have been done. (completed)

There is no Sloan flushmate toilets in the building of Buchanan. I also checked the plumbing and there are no leaks.

When you walk through the women's restroom you go towards the toilet and to the left is the door to the font and the light switch is on the side of the Caution sign.

When you walk through the men's restroom you go towards the toilet and to the right is the door to the font and the light switch is on the side of the Caution sign.

The outlets all tested good in the building.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are all lit up and working properly.

worked 8 hours,

Jeff
