FBJ32742 This building has natural gas (# 1019) and the underground metallic gas piping. (completed)
I checked the thermostat control and the outside A/C units and they were working properly, blowing cold air and sound good outside.
FBJ32818 I checked the problem with the clerk's office phone and looked into several areas, and found a loose connection on the phone line on the bottom inside of the box. I tested it after I repaired the loose connection by calling out and it seems to be working properly. (completed)
I tested the outlets through out the building all tested good.
The kitchen appliances in the kitchen are working properly and no leaks found with the plumbing.
I had to tighten the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed for them to be secured to the bottom of the table.
I checked the vacuum cleaners and found no problems, they all were working properly.
I had to change a ballast in one of the lights in the RS room that was out.
The chapel and cultural hall lights were all lit up working properly.
I checked the pulpit control, fuse and sound system and they sound good, but the satellite does not give a signal.
The won-doors were opening, closing and latching properly.
I checked the baby changing tables and are tightly secured to the walls.
The plumbing in the women's and men's restroom is good, no leaks found and the toilets flushed properly.
I found a few ant piles around the building and dosed them up with ant poison.
I checked the outside lights that shines on the front of the church and on the flag pole, they are working properly.
I checked the gutters and they looked good, had to clean very little.
