FBJ32654 I checked out the back door near the satellite that does not unlock with the key. I took it apart and noticed the key lock stem was cut off too short to attach into the latch to unlock the door. The lock on this door never seemed to work properly, it was always hard to open since it has been installed. Does anyone know if it would still be under warranty?
FBJ32477 I put the A/C on in the chapel and in the hallway by the bishop's office and they both were blowing cold air. I am assuming that Americool has repaired the problem. (completed)
The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are all working properly.
I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and they are working good. I noticed the trim was off the pulpit control and glued it back on.
FBJ32290 I checked the won doors and they are all latching with no problems and opening and closing properly. I assume that Dave Stickel evaluated the partitions in the CH and repaired it if there was a problem in the past. (completed)
FBJ32610 The new mini-split unit in the bishop's office has already been installed. (completed)
FBJ32134 The new refrigerator has been replaced in the serving area. I also checked the appliances and plumbing and found no problems. (completed)
I noticed inside the building in several areas there were scoff marks on the walls in the classrooms and hallway, so I did some touch up with white paint as needed.
The baby changing tables were good and tightly secured to the walls.
The women's and men's restrooms are all working properly, no leaks found with the plumbing and toilets flushed good.
FBJ32612 The problem with the spigot can only be repaired by replacing the square head of the spigot. We will have to revisit this situation to get the proper parts and tools to repair it.
