09.20.11 Calhoun

On Tuesday Mike and I went to the Calhoun building to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

The men's and women's restrooms do not have the Sloan flushmate toilets. I also checked the plumbing and all is working properly.

The baby changing tables were all good and tightly secured to the walls.

FBJ32743 The unisex restrooms have the Sloan flushmate toilets, the serial numbers are: 091008-F3K2-1179 and 100207-F3K1-1907. The plumbing was working properly, no leaks. (Completed)
This building has natural gas (item #1019) and underground metallic gas piping.

From the primary room there is a door you can use that enters into the men's side of the font. The light switch is on the outside of the door frame on the wall before you open the door to enter into the font.
Where the Caution sign is you can go all the way to the back of the men's restroom and go thru the door and there is a double light switch straight ahead (one for light and the other for the fan) then take a sharp right to enter into the font.

On the women's side of the restroom the Caution sign is all the way to the back of the wall on the side of the door and the light switch is on the inside in front as you take a sharp right and walk inside of the font.
The other door and sign for the women's side is the other way you can come out of the font area.

I checked the won doors and they are all working properly.

We took down a few pictures in other rooms to be hung back up in the primary room and wall way.
We hung two pictures on the outside wall of the primary room and two in the hallway.

We took the curtains down that was covering the calk board and put them in the closet. We took off the hardware and rods and also put them into the closet. We had to patch the screw holes on the wall where the rods were hanging.

The appliances and plumbing in the kitchen are working properly, no leaks were found.

The lights in the chapel are working properly.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
