FBJ32065 I had to do the prep work before room 102 could be painted. There was a few nail pops on the walls that I needed to sand, wipe down clean, re mud and let it dry. I had to trim out with paint using a brush around the wood trim, ceiling tiles,
window, door frames, thermostat, chalkboard and switch.
The interior doors on the backside of the foyer were shutting too quickly and I had to adjust them to slow them down for them to shut quietly.
There were long cracks in the ceiling in room 106. I had to scrape the old mud off, sand it down and wipe it down clean and re mud the cracks. I also had to mud a few nail pops in the wall.
In room 102 after the mud was dry I had to sand a few spots and wipe it down to clean it before I could start painting. I used a roller to finish painting the room for it to be completed.
worked 8 hours,
Jeff
