12.07.11 Fayetteville

On Wednesday I went to Fayetteville to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

The lock on the front door of the church was loose and I had to move it up with my hand to adjust it and tighten the four screws, then put the cover back on. The key opens the lock easily now.

In room 108 and 109 I had to put a second coat of paint on the walls. I had to tape the trim wood around the room and the door stops. I had to trim out with a paint brush around the windows, door frame, ceilings and caulk board. I used the roller to finish painting the rooms for them to be completed.

Through out the hall ways I touched up with a second coat of paint on the corners that were chipped with the correct color of paint.

FBJ30263 The vinyl is coming off by the sacrament prep table area window and other windows that I had to repair. I had to
re-glue it and use a roller to paste it down to make the vinyl stick good to the sheet rock. And caulked around the windows.

FBJ30265 I had to repair the vinyl in the chapel of several corners. I had to re-glue and use a roller to paste it down to make the vinyl stick good to the sheet rock. And caulked around the windows.
