12.05.11 Fayetteville

On Monday I went to Fayetteville to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

After lunch today I had to go meet Jon at Sherwin Williams to get some paint and supplies.

On the back side of the church when I put the key in the door to unlock it the lock was real loose. I had to tighten the four screws back up that were loose and sprayed it with WD40 and put the cover back on.

FBJ30258 In the clerks office I had to patch several screw holes in the wall. I used joint compound and after it dried I had to sand it and re-mud it and sand it again. I wiped the walls down real good with a rag to clean it, then I had to seal it with sealer primer. I trimmed out the room with a paint brush and used a roller to finish painting the room. After it dried I put a second coat of paint.

I touched up all the corners in the hallways throughout the building with paint.

FBJ30258 In room 108 and 109 I had to do some mudding on the walls and let it dry. After that I had to sand it and clean it with a rag, then I had to seal it with sealer primer and painted the areas that I had to mud.

FBJ30258 In the Bishop's Office I had to do some mudding on the walls, in the corners, around the caulk board and thermostat. After that I had to sand it and clean it with a rag, then I had to seal it with sealer primer and painted the areas that I had to mud. There was several marks on the walls that I used Mr. Clean Eraser to clean the marks off.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
