11.02.11 Newnan

On Wednesday I went to Newnan to do the following maintenance in the building.

I had to finish sealing the floor in the material closet. And put two fans on for it to dry.

I trimmed out the room with paint around the pipes, the drain in the floor, duct vents, heaters and base boards in the material closet.

After the trim work was done I rolled the first coat of paint on the floor in the material closet.

I applied the 2nd coat of paint in the first room I started painting last week. Tomorrow I will see if it will need a third coat of paint.
