11.01.11 Newnan

On Tuesday I went to Newnan to do the following maintenance in the building.

I cleaned the spider webs off the pipes, ceiling, heaters and walls in the closet of the Material room. There was mildew on the units and I had to spray it and clean it with mildew cleaner. I had to wipe the lights with degreaser and clean them to get the spider webs off . I also wiped the walls with a wet rag to get the mildew off the walls and I swept and vacuumed the floor.

I scraped and vacuumed the floors in the material room closet.

In the material closet I had to spray cleaning solution on the floor and mop it to clean it real good to get it ready to be sealed with bonding primer.

After cleaning the floor I sealed it with the bonding primer. I put a fan in the room to circulate the air for it to dry faster, so it should be ready for me to paint later.

I painted the floor in room 107 that had the electrical box and phone lines in it.
