11.14.11 Newnan

On Monday I went to Newnan to do some painting in the building.

In the morning I had to go to Sherman Williams to purchase 5 gallons of Navajo white paint, before I could start the day painting. I also picked up some sample colors of paint to try and match the gates outside by the A/C units.

In the Bishop's office on the Newnan side Jon asked me to remove the picture of Christ off the wall and patch the holes. There was several areas on the wall that I had to patch and sand it down and seal them with primer sealer. There was areas in the corners I had to cut a lot of the bad tape off and re-mud it, sand and seal it with primer sealer.

I had to remove the curtains, the clock, several pitures and a couple of switch covers off the walls. I had to put tape along the wood trim to trim it out with the paint brush. I also trimmed out around the door, window, A/C unit and caulk board. Once the sealer was dried I used the roller to finish painting the Bishop's office for it to be completed.

In room 102 I patched the holes in the walls, sand it and sealed it with primer sealer. I taped the wood trim along the walls. Then I started to touch up areas around the room with paint, around the caulk board, window, door, light switch and the thermostat control.

worked 8 hours,

Jeff
