02.03.12 Kennesaw Mt.

On Friday I went to Kennesaw to do the following maintenance work in the building.

One of the classroom doors was hanging up, so I had to take the lock apart and lubricate it with WD40 and now it is locking properly.

I took apart the wet vac and cleaned the inside and outside of it real good. There was dirty water left in it, the water should be emptied after each time it is used.

We had to adjust the screens in the cultural to 8 ft in height. Jon adjusted it and while I worked the switch to measure it until we reached 8ft with the tape measure.

The threshold in the cultural hall was real loose, so I had to drive some new anchors into the concrete and screw it back down to the floor.

There was a few loose covers for the sprinkler system, I put new screws in them to tighten them back up to the ceiling for them to be secured.

One of the vacuum cleaners had a paper towel clogged up in the hose, so I had to run a broom handle to get the paper out. All the vacuums are now working with good suction.

A spot light was dropping down, so I had to use the giant ladder to be able to push it back up into the ceiling.

In the hallway there were two lights with the wrong bulbs that I had to replace with the correct ones.

I had to remove the man lift jack and the parts for it, as well as other items as shown on the pictures from the mechanical room into my truck, to put everything from it into the shed outside.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
