02.20.12 Acworth

On Monday I went to Acworth to do the following maintenance in the building.

I cleaned all the outside walls of the storage shed. I swept off the spider webs and pulled off the vines that were growing on the side of the shed.

I cleaned the spine straw off the roof of the storage shed. I sprayed the doors with soap and water to clean them. I also swept the inside floor of the shed.

In the mechanical room M102 and 104 I sealed the old filter openings. I had to seal it with roll out putty on the metal, then set it in place to screw it down to the unit and tape everything to stop the air holes. There was some areas that was dark and I had to use a flash light to see where to put the tape.

I had to sand the rust off the satellite post and swept it off with the broom and use some paint thinner to clean the pole to get it ready to paint.
