05.02.11 Cunningham

Went to Cunningham on Monday to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ29666 There is grout underneath the light and I anchored three bolts down into the concrete to hold the light in place. (completed)

FBJ29491 I checked the parking lot lights outside and the number for the light pole that is not working is number four.

FBJ29634 I checked the outside water bibs and they do need to be replaced by a contractor.

I replaced a ceiling tile that I found on the floor that fell out of the ceiling in the hallway.

There was a bursted cover on the outlet on the stage and I replaced it with a new one.

I checked the lights through out the building and they were all working properly. I found a lens off of the light on one side of the stage and use the ladder to put it back on both sides.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms and no leaks were found, all is working good.

I checked the appliances in the kitchen, the stove, refrigerator and the microwave and all are working properly. I checked the plumbing in the kitchen and I noticed a leak on the drain of the sink and I repaired it by tightening the pipes that were loose.

FBJ29667 I replaced the three caps that were broken next to the sidewalk on the east side of the building. (completed)

I checked the classroom tables and tightened the legs on the tables as needed.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and they sounded good.

The folding chairs in the rostrum had several loose screws on the seats and I had to tighten them so the seats would fold down properly.

I checked all the outlets through out the building and found no problems.

I did some woodwork with stain on the bottom of the doors that had chips and scratches in the chapel and hallways.
