05.05.11 Cedartown and Buchanan

On Thursday I went to Cedartown and Buchanan to do the following work orders and maintenance in the buildings.

I checked the thermostat controls in the Cedartown building and they all were working properly.

The lights in the cultural hall and chapel were working properly, found no problems.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, they all sounded good.

I was asked to look at the portable warmer in the kitchen in the Cedartown building. There is three controls and the middle control had unscrewed and fell back inside the bottom of the box where they are mounted. I replaced it with a new screw on the control and put it all back together and now all three are working properly.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the Cedartown building and found no leaks, everything was working properly.

All the lights in the Buchanan building were working properly.

FBJ29826 I had to repair the magnetic mechanism on the chapel door. It had a loose wire and I had to tightening the wires and put a wire nut to repair it for it to work properly. (completed)

FBJ29827 I had to sand and paint the area by the light switch in room 105. (completed)

FBJ29625 The lights were not on at all today while I was there. I checked the photocell and it tested good. (completed)

I stained some woodwork on a few doors that had chips and scratches on the them.

I checked all the appliances in the kitchen and found no problems with the stove, microwave and refrigerator.

FBJ29828 On the other side of the attic pull down had cracks and was peeling and I had to mud, sand and paint it. Also by door 102 on the top ceiling had chips and cracks on the side seem and I mud, sand and paint it. (completed)

FBJ29828 I repaired the hallway ceiling near the restroom. I had to scrap the chips and mud and re-mud it again, then I sand and painted it.

I was asked to check on the ant pile on the sidewalk and I had scatter the pile and re-posion it.

Worked 8 hours

Jeff
