FM Atlanta Maintenance: 05.24.11 Rome

On Tuesday I went to Rome to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

I found two ant piles in the front of the church by the sidewalk and I treated them with Amdor.

I checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were working properly with cool air.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all lit up and working properly.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and they sounded good.

FBJ29846 I pressure washed the church a couple of weeks ago. There was a couple of large spots that still needed extra cleaning, so I had to scrub them again and most of it came out cleaner. (completed)

FBJ29930 I had to tighten the gutters to the building with screws to stop the overflow of water. For some reason if a heavy rain comes again and it continues to overflow I may have to put a valley shield in a couple of places. (completed)

FBJ28814 I worked on caulking more of the cracks on the sidewalks that were great than 1/2 inch gap. There is several areas that still need to be done.

The changing tables were all good and tight to the wall.

I checked the outlets in the building and they all tested good.
