05.12.11 Carrollton

On Thursday I went to Carrollton to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

I checked the thermostat controls in the building and were all working with cool air.

FBJ29523 I will contact Chris Curby with McClure about repainting the light poles in the parking lot.

I walked around the building and found a few ant piles and treated them to some ant poison.

I checked all the changing tables to be sure the screws were good and tight to the wall.

FBJ29129 I happend to run into the AT&T man and he suggested that we should call Fortner Communications, 770-942-7941 to install a phone line to be monitored in the fire alarm box.

I checked the appliances and the plumbing in the kitchen area and all is working properly.

I tightened all the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed.

I checked all the plumbing in the restrooms and found no leaks, everything was working properly.

I checked the outlets through out the church and they all tested good.

There was a high light in the cultural hall that was burnt and I replaced two of them. The other lights in the cultural hall and chapel are all working properly.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and all were working properly.
