05.20.11 Mars Hill

On Friday I went to Mars Hill to do the following maintenance in the building.

I checked thermostat controls in the building and they were working properly with cool air.

I adjusted the strike plate for the exterior doors to open and shut properly. I also had to tighten the hinges on the door in the front side of the building. All other exterior doors I checked were working properly.

The kitchen appliances, the stove, refrigerator and microwave and were all working properly.

I checked all the door stops in the building and found no problems.

I took the covers off and cleaned the filters and the exhaust fans in the restrooms.

I rechecked all the plumbing for leaks and found none in the restrooms through out the building.

I checked the lights in the attic and all were working, no other problems were found.

I touched up paint on some of the corners and walls in classrooms are needed in the building.

I checked and tighten the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed through out the building.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and they were working properly.

All the lights in the chapel and cultural hall were lit up and working good.

I checked the changing tables and tightened the screws to the wall as needed.

I checked the vacuum cleaner and they all seemed to be working good.
