05.13.11 Mars Hill

On Friday I went to Mars Hill to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ29925 I cut down the dead tree off the parking island. And I also cut down the stump that snapped from another tree last year. (completed)

FBJ29866 I verified the mulch - Southern yard - is done. (completed)

I investigated all the plumbing inside the building in the restrooms, kitchen, water fountains and found no leaks.

I checked the main water lines and valves in the little room on the outside of the kitchen and no leaks were found.

There wasn't any water leakage coming from the spigots on the side of the building.

I checked and listened for any hissing noise from the water meter for leaks and none were found.

I checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were working properly with cool air.

FBJ29804 I took all the old soap dispenser off the walls through out the building and cleaned the walls. Then I assembled all the new dispensers to replace them. (completed)

I lubricated the pulpit and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and all sounded good.

I checked the lights in the chapel and cultural hall and all lights were working properly.
