05.26.11 Carrollton

On Thursday I went to Carrollton to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ29927 I cut down two of the old redtip trees along the right side of the parking lot along the wooden fence and also the 3 evergreen trees along the back parking lot that were dead. (completed)

I had to tighten the screws to the wall to secure the changing tables as needed.

Checked the thermostat controls in the building and all were working properly with cool air.

Checked the lights in the attic and found no burnt bulbs.

Touched up the corner with paint in the hallway and a few other area as needed.

FBJ29738 Repaired and painted the wall after treatment of termites. (completed)

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all lit and working properly.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and all sounds good.

The kitchen appliances the stove, microwave and refrigerator and they were all working properly.

I tightened the legs on the classroom tables as needed throughout the building.

FBJ29129 A couple of weeks ago I spoke with the AT&T man and he suggested that we should call Fortner Communications, 770-942-7941 to install a phone line to be monitored in the fire alarm box.

The plumbing in the restrooms were working properly, no leaks were found.
