05.17.11 Calhoun

On Tuesday I went to Calhoun to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ29819 I finished repairing the wall in the font area that needed to be sanded and painted by the women's restroom. (completed)

I touched up paint on the door frames through out the church that had chips and scratches.

FBJ29928 I took a picture of the dead tree located in the front lawn of the church and also the front lawn where the sod looks really bad from not have proper water drainage.

FBJ29864 I verified that the Mulch work with Southern Yard was done. (completed)

The thermostat controls were all working properly with cool air through out the building.

I checked and tightened the screws to the changing tables to the wall as needed in the building.

I checked the appliances in the kitchen, the stove, refrigerator and microwave all seemed to be working properly.

The lights in the chapel were working properly, no burnt bulbs were found.

I checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, no problems were found and I lubricated the pulpit control.

The strike plate on the exterior door needed to be adjusted to open and shut properly. I checked all other doors in the building and they shut tight without any problems.
