01.09.12 Buchanan

On Monday I went to Buchanan to do the following maintenance work in the building.

I used the giant ladder to get on top of the roof to clean the leaves and silk off the shingles out of the gutters around the building.

I had to adjust the door closure on the cylinder and lubricate and adjust the hinges to make the door shut properly in the clerk's office.

Through out the building I tested the outlets and they all are working properly.

In the back hallway I had to sand several areas that I had mudded and then I had to clean the walls and vacuum the dust real good. After cleaning up I touched up the walls with paint.

I had to sand, clean up and paint a few areas on the ceiling in the hallway.

In the hallway I had to lubricate and adjust a couple of doors for them to shut properly.

I checked the exterior doors through out the building and had to adjust the strike plate on the south side of the building for it to shut good and tight. I lubricated all other doors and they were shutting properly.
