01.16.12 Glenridge

On Monday I went to Glenridge to do the following maintenance work in the building.

I cleaned the coil in the water fountain in the hallway. I had to use a brush and rag to clean it and vacuumed the coil out real good.

There was some lights not working in the hallway and I changed the bulbs that were burnt. Others I change the bulb to the right wattage for them to match the other bulbs.

FBJ31823 The emergency lights in the men and women's restrooms were burnt and I replaced the bulbs with new ones. I had to get a ladder from the mechanical closet and takes the lens off and replace them, then put the ladder back to the closet. (45 minutes)
FBJ31822 There was a 2 foot lens missing on the men's emergency light and Nathan said he will order a new one.

I replaced two bulbs that were burnt in the women's restroom.

I had to replace 7 four foot fluorescent bulbs and 4 spot light bulbs in the RS room that were burnt.

There were 9 four foot fluorescent light bulbs I had to replace in the cultural hall that were burnt. I had to use the giant ladder to replace the bulbs.

I adjusted one of the cultural hall doors that would not shut good, it is now closing properly.

I cleaned the exhaust fans in the kitchen, men and women's restroom. I used the vacuum cleaner to clean them out real good.

I checked all the vacuum cleaners and they had good suction and working properly.
