FBJ33614 On the front left side of the building there was a clogged downspout. I had to take it apart and clean it out. I ran a wire snake threw the downspout and got all the debris out of it. I flushed it out with water with the water hose. Then I put it back together and caulked around the joint to prevent it from leaking.
After repairing the downspout I had to use the wheel barrel to get some dirt to backfield where the water had washed the ground out. I had to spread the dirt out where it was washed out and then I put mulch on top of the dirt and packed it down real good. I to use the water hose to wash the mud off of the sidewalk and asphalt into the drain.
On the back side of the building I noticed a spot where the gutters were leaking. I had to caulk the joints to stop it from leaking.
I checked the outside parking lot lights and they are all working good.
I checked the won doors through out the building, the handles are good and tight. They are opening and closing properly, on problems found.
I noticed the exterior door going into the serving area was shutting too fast, so I had to adjust the cylinder.
All clocks in the building have the correct time.
One of the doors on the side of the building wasn't shutting tight. I had to adjust the strike plate for it to shut good and tight. All other exterior doors are shutting properly.
The lights in the cultural hall and chapel were all working properly, no burnt bulbs were found.
I checked the vacuum cleaner and they all had good suction and worked properly.
I checked the plumbing in the men and women's restroom and found no leaks. The toilets were all flushing properly.
I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the satellite and sound system and all sound good.
Worked 8 hours,
Jeff
