01.26.12 Atlanta on Lee Street

On Thursday I went to Atlanta building on Lee Street to do the following maintenance work inside and around the building.

I had to adjust the strike plates on the exterior doors as needed for them to shut good and tight. I had to take the cover off and lubricate the lock for it to lock properly. All others are shutting properly.

I checked the plumbing in the men and women's restrooms and no leaks were found and the toilets flushed good. I also checked the baby changing tables and tightened the screws as needed for them to be secured to the walls.

I checked the pulpit control, satellite and sound system and worked properly and sound good.

The lights in the chapel and cultural were working, no burnt bulbs were found.

I found the cover for the sprinkler head on the floor that had fell down from the ceiling. I noticed the hole was too big in the ceiling around the sprinkler head, so I put tape around the cover to fill in the extra space and put the cover back on for it to fit.

Christine asked me to verify that the trees and bushes were trimmed. I wasn't given a work order number, but it can be closed.

I verify that there is no hand towel rolls in stock in the building and there was a couple of them that were empty in the men's restroom and kitchen.

I had to replace the light bulbs in the hall way and in several classrooms that were burnt.

I used the vacuum cleaner to clean the coils out in the water fountains and wiped down the insides real good. Then put them back together and they are both working good with cold water.

I checked the vacuum cleaners and they have a good suction and are working properly. I also emptied the bags.

Deb asked me to get the serial number for the Ademco glass sensor which is FG1625 and another number in case she needs it is EN-50131-1.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
