FM Atlanta Maintenance: 01.23.12 Carrollton and Douglasville

On Monday I went to Carrollton and Douglasville to do the following maintenance in the buildings.

In the men's restroom the handle on the door was real loose and about to fall off. I had to take the handle off and put new screws wholes on the door higher to secure the handle good and tight on the door. I also cleaned the exhaust fan and vent in the men's restroom.

I had to adjust the cylinder on the exterior door on the side of the building that was closing too quickly. All other exterior doors were closing good and slower.

I replaced the thermostat on two of the water fountains that were not getting the water cold. I had to take it apart and put it back together. But that did not fix the problem. Jon will be ordering two new fountains.

I found a short in one of the cultural hall lights near the basketball goal in the 3rd section. I had to get the giant ladder to open the lens found a loose connection on the wire that I had to tighten up and now it is working. The lights in the chapel were all working properly.

I checked the pulpit control in the chapel it is working properly going up and down with no noise. The satellite and sound system sound good.

I checked all restrooms through out the building and the plumbing is working properly and all toilets are flushing good.

In Douglasville I changed the cover with a new one for the microphone in the overflow.

I checked the lights in the chapel and no burnt bulbs were found in the Douglasville building.
