FM Atlanta Maintenance: 01.24.12 Cunningham

On Tuesday I went to Cunningham to do the following maintenance work in and around the building.

I found a cover to put on the receptacle that was missing.

One of the lights was out in the young women's classroom and there was a loose wire and I had to tighten it up and put a new wire nut on it.

There was a hinge that was real loose on the men's restroom door that I had to tighten the screws on it.

I had to put another light bulb in the entrance of the men's restroom that was burnt.

There was a few ceiling tiles that were not setting flat in the tracks, so I had to move them to make them fit back in place.

The lock on the door for the library was real loose. I had to take the cover and handle off to tighten the screws back up for the lock to be good and secure.

There was several loose screws on the ridge vents on the roof and I tightened them all back up.

While I was up on the roof I cleaned all the gutters and down spouts around the building.

I checked the vacuum cleaners and they are all working and have good suction.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the satellite and sound system and they sound good.
