01.25.12 Cunningham

On Wednesday I went to the Cunningham building to do the following work inside and around the building.

In the men's restroom I wiped the ceiling tiles down where there was moisture and turned a dark color. I had to paint it with white kilz paint in the areas that needed to cover up the bad spots.

I cleaned the outside lights under the eave around the church building. I dropped the lens and swept the bugs out and then sprayed it with glass cleaner. Then I wipe and cleaned them out real good and put them back together.

I used the giant ladder to clean the lens out in the outside parking lot lights. I dropped the lens and swept the bugs out and then sprayed it with glass cleaner. Then I wipe and cleaned them out real good and closed the lens back up.

I cleaned all around the outside of the lights that are located in front of the church.

I checked the outlets through out the building and they all tested good.

I cleaned both of the water fountains. I took the covers off and vacuumed the coils real good. And wipe everything down and put the covers back on. They are working good with cold water.

I had to change 9 light bulbs in the cultural hall and 3 more in the classrooms that were burnt. The lights in the chapel were all working properly, no burnt bulbs were found.
