01.10.12 Fayetteville

On Tuesday I went to Fayetteville to do the following work in the building.

I checked the lights in the attic and had to change 6 florescent bulbs that were burnt.

In the hallway by the pictures the light that shines on them was out and I had to change the burnt bulb.

In the attic in the rafters there was 8 lights that were out. I had to climb a ladder to get to the man whole and squat down to walk through the rafters to change the light bulbs that were burnt.

I noticed the dumpster still had a big hole in the bottom of it and had not been exchanged. I called the number that was on the dumpster and they said they will have it removed and replace with another one tomorrow.

I checked the cultural hall lights and there was two light bulbs burnt. I used the giant ladder to replace them with new ones.

I checked the exterior doors and I had to adjust one of the strike plates for it to shut good and tight. All other exterior doors were shutting properly.

The interior doors had several cylinders that were real loose and I had to take the cover off to tighten the four screws that was on the cylinder to tighten back to the doors, then put the cover back on.
I also lubricated the hinges on all exterior and interiors doors.

I had to replace a florescent bulb that was burnt in one of the classrooms and the men's restroom.

worked 8 hours,
